I remember reading your post about the khimar and jilbab a while ago, so I apologise for not commenting back then.

It covers (haha pun intended) the same topic, and is the method chosen by our Creator to personally guide me to this beautiful deen.

MashaAllah, you sound so much like some Muslims I have met... Isn't that fantastic?! We've never met, but we already hold many of the same ideas. In fact, as a brother recently pointed out to me, there is a good chance that you know some of my opinions before I do - I just haven't read them yet :0)

May Allah keep my opinions in line with the shariah, and make increase the number of people who's opinions I share. Ameen.

thanks for the link - it was helpful. How can you say you like me already when we haven't met? I think you mean you like my post, which is good too. Or you probs mean you love me for the sake of Allah (in a sisterly way) which is even better.

Either way, maybe inshallah, if we both get into jannah, we can meet up and chill. "The Traveller" tells me jannah has some of the best parties around... See you there... Inshallah inshallah inshallah.

Jazakallahu Khayr for your comment on my blog - I am so happy to see such a positive attitude towards the hijaab, I wish some of my friends thought similarly.

There is an ayah in the quran that says those that believe say "we hear and we obey". This was the attitude of the prophets wives - when they heard about the hijaab, they ripped down material from their walls and instantly covered themselves.

May Allah bless you with goodness in this life and the next.
